Vacation Chronicles - Part 4

One day on our vacation, we took the ferry over to Seattle and introduced Nathaniel to the most BEAUTIFUL city in the world! (FYI: For some reason the pictures uploaded out of order.)

Vacation Chronicles - Part 3

One of the best parts of our vacation was getting to spend some time with my family!

Vacation Chronicles - Part 2

After our conference in Salem for 3 days, we headed up to Discovery Bay, WA for a full week of family, fun and relaxation. Here is the very first time Nathaniel went swimming!

Ok, so the smile was staged. :-) I was way more excited about him going swimming than he was.

Vacation Chronicles - Part 1

We just returned from our conference and vacation last night! It is so good to be home and I appreciate my house so much more when I am away. It is SOOO much bigger than a hotel room or even the Worldmark condos we stayed in. AND, our house doesn't have stairs. :-) Paul will appreciate me saying this!

Here are some pictures from the beginning of our trip

OK...so this isn't a picture of Nate, but we hit 50,000 miles on our first day of travel! :-)

Our little traveler! He was such a trooper! The best part was watching him go crazy when he finally had the chance to move around! He would run from one end of the room to another.

What's Nathaniel Getting Into???

Nathaniel thinks it is lots of fun to climb into one of his toy bins and sit down. I guess daddy put him in here earlier this week and pushed him around the house. :-)

I turned your back for a second and this is what I found.

Umm...I think it must be dinner time!

Nathaniel knocked over Paul's coffee on the dog kennel. I had to open it to clean the coffee off, and Nathaniel decided to explore.

Notice the wet pants. He is crawling through the coffee he just spilled.

He found it fun and exciting to open and close the door over and over. Needless to say, we did a complete outfit change and clean up after this little adventure.

Nathaniel's 15 Month Appointment

Nathaniel's doctor appointments always make me giddy! I get so excited to talk to the doctor and find out how much Nathaniel has grown. Nathaniel's 15 month stats:

Weight: 30 lbs. 7 oz. - in the 98 percentile for his age!

Height: 33 1/2 inches tall - in the 97 percentile for his age!

Head Circumference: 50 cm - in the 98 percentile for his age!

The doctor was extremely pleased with Nate's development! He congratulated us on doing a good job...it was just the encouragement first time parents need!

Nathaniel's Bath and Bed Time

One of my special times I have with Nathaniel is bath time. He loves the water and enjoys splashing me! :-) I usually look like I have just showered after bathing him. I also take this time to SUPER oil his skin with organic Coconut oil. His skin is really dry and keeping it well moisturized could almost be my full-time job. :-) Enjoy the pictures (FYI the warmth of the bathroom and tub fogged up my camera so the pictures are a little blurry).

Nathaniel has almost out grown his "ducky bath". It will be sad when he can't use it anymore. He always laughs when I squeeze the ducks nose and make it quack.

He's so cute when he's all soapy!

All oiled, in a Huggies Overnight diaper (100% leak through of regular Huggies diaper vs. 25% leak through of Huggies Overnight diapers), and the cutest pj's in the world. He is such a cute little boy...I'm not biased at all. :-)

Nathaniel's Visit with Grandpa and Jim

This weekend we had wonderful family visiting! My dad and Jim came for a couple days and spoiled us rotten! They brought Nathaniel some cool new toys and books. Saturday they bought some much needed summer clothes for Nathaniel and 2 dress up outfits for Easter! We had such a great time...it seemed like time went way too fast.
